Returning items has never been easier. And it's completely FREE!

If you wish to return the ordered goods, you can do it within 14 days of delivery absolutely FREE!

 

The procedure for returning items - free of charge is possible only via Packeta!

1. Returned goods must not be used.
2. Write your order number + your name on the ticket in the order.
3. Fill in your IBAN, which we will return the money to.
4. Send a package for free via Packeta - report the code 96775673.
5. The money will be returned to you within 5 working days of receipt of the returned items.
